Anagram Partners advised Actis on its acquisition of 2 operational Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road projects from Patel Infrastructure Limited

Actis, a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, has acquired a portfolio of operational Indian Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road assets from Patel Infrastructure Limited (PIL), an established Indian EPC developer and contractor, to expand their infrastructure footprint in Asia.

Actis has completed the acquisition of two completed road assets and will acquire an additional two assets upon project completion.

Anagram Partners acted as legal advisors to Actis on this acquisition. The team was led by Partners, Simone Reis and Palaq Vora and comprised Keegan Pavrey, Vivek Narang, Dhriti Mitra, and Aditya Agarwal.
