Lodha Green Digital Infrastructure Platform: Represented the Lodha Group on a USD 1 billion digital Infrastructure platform with Bain Capital and Ivanhoe Cambridge for investments in warehousing and digital infrastructure in India.

Actis: Advised on its acquisition of 2 operational Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road projects from Patel Infrastructure Limited.

Brookfield: Advised Brookfield on Indian law aspects of its acquisition of the Trimco Group. Advised the Trimco Group on Indian law aspects of its acquisition of the Zabin Group.

Vedanta: Advised Vedanta Resources on India law aspects of USD 1.25 billion debt funding from consortium of lenders.

Vedanta: Advised Vedanta promoter group on release of encumbrances and sale of ~1.7% stake in Vedanta Limited by way of a block trade.

Tufropes: Advised promoters of Tufropes on its USD 120 million sale of 100% of their share capital and business undertaking of India Nets to Aimia, Inc.

Ralson: Represented Ralson India on its joint venture with Mahansaria Group and Zleen, S.R.O for the European bicycle tire market.

Think Investments: Represented Think on the following investments: (i) Used car marketplace – Spinny, (ii) Neobank SaaS provider – Flobiz; (iii) purchase of shares in National Stock Exchange of India; (iv) E-commerce enabler – GoKwik; (v) Cantabil Retail, retail clothing brand in India; (vi) Raphe Mphibr, manufacturer of Unmanned Ariel Vehicles.
