Keegan has eight years of experience advising private equity funds and corporations in complex corporate and transactional matters including domestic and cross-border M&As, joint ventures, corporate governance and private equity investments. He has experience working across sectors with a focus on sports and media, consumer and retail, financial services, and information technology.
Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Keegan worked as a Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.

Advised on: (i) its USD 3 billion acquisition of the India digital rights and TV and digital rights for certain foreign territories for Indian Premier League; (ii) its acquisition of media rights to broadcast in India all international matches played in South Africa and all matches played in the SA20 League; and (iii) its acquisition of the TV and digital rights media rights for the first-ever Women’s Indian Premier League.

Advised on their acquisition of an Indian Premier League franchisee – The Gujarat Titans, at a bid auction held by the Board of Control for Cricket in India.

Advised on its Series E investment in Shubham Housing Development Finance Company Limited.
