She has represented leading private equity funds and has been involved on several domestic and global marquee transactions. Prior to Anagram Partners, Simone Co-Headed the M&A and Private Equity Practice at Nishith Desai Associates.
Through the course of her career, Simone has spoken at domestic and international fora like VCCircle Conferences, Assocham Conferences, CFK Conferences, IFLR Conferences. She has published pieces on matters pertaining to M&A and corporate governance across platforms such as Moneycontrol, India Law Journal, financial newspapers. GHCL: Limited: Represented GHCL Limited in its sale of home textiles division to IndoCount Industries
Invesco Advisors: Represented Invesco Advisors in its acquisition of secondary stakes in Delhivery from Carlyle and Fosun Group. Represented Invesco Advisors in its investment in Pine Labs & Swiggy.
Investcorp: Advised Investcorp on the proposed acquisition of the digital technology business of the National Stock Exchange for INR 10 billion.
