SILA has acquired a 100% stake in SMS Integrated Facility Services from private equity firm Samara Capital in an all-cash transaction.
Founded in 2010, SILA Solutions is a leading integrated facilities management and real estate services platform, delivering end-to-end solutions across commercial, industrial and residential assets.
SMS Integrated Facility Services is a Mumbai-based integrated facilities management company, offering a broad range of services from soft services and technical maintenance to workplace and sustainability solutions across the country.
