About Sarthak Parnami
Sarthak has represented leading corporations, private equity funds and insurers across sectors such as healthcare, telecommunication, technology, automotive etc. He has a special focus on Tax Law and has advised several corporations and funds on their acquisitions, Indian operations, India entry, internal restructurings, and other matters from an Indian tax perspective.
Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Sarthak was a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co, India. In his free time, Sarthak likes to play cricket.

Advised Investcorp on its partial exit from Nephroplus as part of Quadra Capital’s INR 8.5 billion investment in NephroPlus.
Advising a leading crypto-exchange company in the business of crypto derivates across several tax issues relating to their structure and business model.
Advised a large gaming company with respect to its different business offerings from Indian tax perspective.
Assisted Global Insurers in underwriting Indian tax issues as well as warranties package involved in deals.
Assisted in structuring of the Indian technology business of a German automobile group.
Advised a Japanese multinational on its acquisition of a cloud driven technology group having operations in India.
Advised numerous multinationals on their employee incentive policies from Indian tax perspective.
