Anagram Partners advised Finsider International, a Vedanta promoter group entity, in an INR 17 billion bulk deal involving the sale of its shares in Vedanta Limited.

Finsider International Co. Ltd, a promoter entity of the Vedanta Group, sold its stake of 1.76% in the company for INR 17 billion approximately. Vedanta Limited is India’s largest diversified natural resources company and recently underwent a restructuring by way of a vertical demerger, creating six separate sector-focused entities.

Anagram Partners acted as the legal advisors to Finsider International on this deal. The team was led by our Partner, Palaq Vora and comprised Aashna Kothari and Dhriti Mitra.
