Advised CVC and Gujarat Titans on the sale of a majority stake in Gujarat Titans to Torrent Group.
CVC:
Representing CVC in the acquisition of a majority stake in Aavas Financiers Ltd by way of an acquisition from Partners Group and Kedaara Capital and a follow-on open offer for USD 835 million.
Capital Foods:
Advised the founder, Ajay Gupta in the sale of Capital Foods Private Limited to Tata Consumer products Limited.
Viacom18:
Advised Viacom18 Media Private Limited in their acquisition of the exclusive media rights for BCCI domestic and international cricket
Vedanta Group:
Advised the Vedanta Group in raising a multi–billion dollar loan.
Finsider International:
Advised Finsider International (Vedanta promoter group entity) on the Indian law aspects in a multi-billion dollar bulk sale of its shares in Vedanta Limited.

Represented Think Investments in: (a) its acquisition of stock in the online shopping platform, Meesho Inc.; and (b) acquisition of shares in Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited; (c) its acquisition of shares in Mosaic Wellness Private Limited, a consumer health and wellness company; (d) its acquisition of shares in Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited (Rapido), a leading bike-taxi and ride-hailing platform; (e) its acquisition of shares in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited, a technology-enabled healthcare solutions provider; (f) its acquisition of shares in Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle Private Limited; (g) its acquisition of shares in Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited (BlackBuck), India’s largest digital platform for trucking and freight logistics; (h) its acquisition of shares in PW Holdings Private Limited (PhysicsWallah), an edtech platform offering affordable online and hybrid learning programmes across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics; (i) its acquisition of shares in Urban Company; and (j) the sale of its stake in Bundl Technologies Private Limited (Swiggy), one of India’s leading food and grocery delivery platforms.
