Anagram Partners advised SILA on a USD 100 million investment by Permira, marking Permira’s entry into India.
The transaction involved the acquisition of a 40% stake in SILA, valuing the company at approximately USD 250 million (over INR 2,300 crore). The investment was structured as a secondary transaction, with Norwest Venture Partners exiting a 36% stake, alongside a partial exit by certain angel investors, who divested an additional 4% stake.
Founded in 2010, SILA is an Indian real estate platform offering integrated services across facility management, project management, and real estate advisory, with a growing focus on institutional-grade assets.
Permira is a global private equity firm that invests in market-leading businesses across sectors including technology, consumer, healthcare, and services, with a long-term, growth-oriented approach.
