About Yashasvi Kanodia

Yashasvi is a disputes lawyer with experience advising clients on complex commercial, testamentary, private client and regulatory matters. She has represented clients before courts and tribunals and has worked on highvalue commercial disputes, arbitration-related matters, consumer disputes and regulatory enforcement proceedings, including advising on litigation risks arising in connection with highvalue transactions.

Yashasvi has also advised on environmental and regulatory issues, including matters involving climate and sustainability considerations. She contributed to the 2024 and 2025 India chapters of the Oxford Climate Policy Monitor published by the University of Oxford, as well as the India chapter of Slaughter and May’s ESG in APAC 2025 publication.

Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Yashasvi worked as an Associate in the Litigation practice at Khaitan & Co., Mumbai.
