Tanvi has over nine years’ experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She advises and represents clients across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including complex litigation and arbitration, writ petitions, shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency proceedings, and testamentary and family succession matters. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and arbitral tribunals, among other fora.
Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Tanvi worked as a Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai.
Representative Experience:
Advised and represented a leading eye-care institution in oppression and mismanagement proceedings before the NCLT, Mumbai involving shareholding-threshold and waiver issues.
Advised and represented a UAE-based company in cross-border execution proceedings before the Bombay High Court.
Advised and represented a leading automobile manufacturer in arbitration proceedings in disputes arising out of a manufacturing contract.
Advised and represented a HNI private client in family succession disputes before the Bombay High Court and the City Civil Court.
