Shubham’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate advisory across diverse sectors.

For nearly a decade, he has advised companies, promoters, private equity funds and portfolio entities on a broad range of matters including acquisitions, divestments, restructuring, exits, takeovers, securities law and contractual matters.
