About Kshitij Nair

Kshitij is a recent law graduate and has a keen interest in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate transactions. He has developed a sound understanding of areas such as transaction structuring, due diligence, and corporate governance.

Outside of law, Kshitij enjoys playing sports, especially cricket. He also plays the keyboard and enjoys travelling.
