Anagram advises Sumant Sinha, Founder and CEO of ReNew, on the offer by a consortium comprising CPP Investments and Sumant Sinha to acquire ReNew Energy Global Plc, a NASDAQ-listed, clean energy company.

Anagram Partners is advising Sumant Sinha (Founder and CEO of ReNew) on the offer by a consortium comprising Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Sumant Sinha to acquire ReNew Energy Global Plc, a NASDAQ-listed, leading India-focused clean energy company.

The offer values ReNew’s fully diluted equity capital at approximately US$2.8bn, implying an enterprise value of approximately US$10.2bn.

Founded in 2011, ReNew is a leading renewable energy company focused on developing and operating clean energy assets across solar and wind power. Founded and led by Sumant Sinha, it is one of India’s largest renewable energy platforms.
