Vidhisha has over four years of experience in advising corporate clients on acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and various other legal and regulatory matters. She has represented a wide range of domestic and international clients across sectors, including media, financial services, manufacturing, and specialty products.
Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Vidhisha was an associate at AZB & Partners, Mumbai.
Vidhisha is a classically trained Bharatanatyam dancer and in her free time enjoys experiencing new cultures by exploring local cuisines.
Representative Experience:
Viacom18 Media Private Limited: Advised in multiple media rights acquisitions for sporting events including the Indian Premier League (Men’s Cricket), Football Association Challenge Cup (FA Cup), BCCI International and Domestic Cricket Matches, and Cricket South Africa (CSA) International Matches.
TPG Capital: Advised in its acquisition of entire stake in Poonawalla Housing Finance Limited, a housing finance company for USD 473 million.
Tufropes: Advised on its sale of entire share capital and business undertaking of India Nets to Aimia Inc, for USD 186 million.
Bajaj Electricals: Advised on demerger of its power transmission and distribution business to form Bajel Projects Limited, a USD 151 million entity listed on BSE and NSE.
Vedanta Limited: Advised on restructuring involving vertical demerger of its key businesses valued at USD 10 billion.
