About Shwetank Chaubey

Shwetank has more than eight years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Having acted for leading global and domestic corporations and private equity funds in various cross border transactions, he has guided clients on all aspects of a transaction. His experience spans across industries, including manufacturing and the education sectors.

Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Shwetank was a Senior Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai.

In his free time, Shwetank likes to watch and play football.

CVC Capital Partners: Advised in relation to acquisition of shares of Sajjan India Limited.

Investcorp: Advised on its proposed acquisition of the digital technology business of the National Stock Exchange (NSE India) for INR 10 billion.

Investcorp: Advised Investcorp on its partial exit from NephroPlus as part of Quadria Capital’s INR 8.5 billion investment in NephroPlus.

Tufropes: Advised promoters on its USD 120 million sale of 100% of their share capital and business undertaking of India Nets to Aimia, Inc.

GHCL Limited: Advised in relation to the sale of its home textile business to Indo Count Limited on a slump sale basis.

Renew Power Private Limited: Advised in relation to acquisition of shares of certain SPVs of ACME Solar group.

Metro Brands: Advised on the acquisition of 100% of the equity and compulsorily convertible preference share capital of Cravatex Brands.

Global Hospitals: Advised the promoters in relation to the sale of their remaining stake to IHH Healthcare.

Panthera Growth Partners: Advised on their Series B investment in Emotorad.

Nexus Ventures Partners: Advised on its partial exit from Suminter India.

LEAP India: Represented LEAP India and promoters of the LEAP India in the sale of the majority stake in Leap India to KKR.

Ultraviolette Automotive: Advised on its Series D round of fundraise from Exor and Qualcomm on its Series D round of fundraise from Exor and Qualcomm.
