About Sakshi Agarwal

Sakshi is a recent law graduate and has a keen interest in corporate advisory and M&A and private equity transactions. Sakshi assists her team on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, advises leading insurers on W&I insurance and also invests her time in pro bono initiatives.

Sakshi is a dancer, and outside of work can be found attending hip-hop and jazz workshops. She is an avid reader and a film enthusiast.
