Rohan has over a decade’s experience specializing in company and commercial disputes. He has acted for large corporations in shareholders’ litigations and represented global businesses in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration across an array of industries including oil & gas, engineering procurement construction (EPC), mining, foreign investment, consumer, services, retail, banking and manufacturing. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Commercial Bench of High Court of Delhi and Company Law Tribunals. Notably, Rohan played a pivotal role in a recent constitutional reference before the Supreme Court of India, contributing significantly to a crucial legal doctrine pertaining to arbitration.
Rohan holds extensive experience in representing leading corporates before regulatory bodies and has advised on several white-collar investigations and attachment proceedings.

Representing a consumer durables manufacturer in a high-stake ICC institutional arbitration between the NBFC arm of a global private equity group and certain borrowers of a USD multi-million-dollar loan facility.
Represented a leading financial services company in show cause proceedings before SEBI and SAT concerning discounting of long-dated NIFTY options.
Advised an entity of India’s largest diversified natural resources company, in appeals before NCLAT challenging the successful resolution plan to acquire Videocon Entities, Indian multinational consumer electronics company.
Successfully represented a wholly owned subsidiary of a company scaling digital brands, in an arbitration proceeding arising out of a business transfer agreement against the contract manufacturer of personal care and beauty products.
