About Mayuri Tiwari

Mayuri has over 13 years of experience, primarily in domestic and international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and public international law.

She regularly represents clients in arbitrations seated throughout the world (Singapore, London, New York, Mumbai), conducted under different arbitration rules (SIAC, ICC, LCIA, ICDR Rules), and governing law. Mayuri has worked across a wide range of industries, including energy, oil & gas, F&B, infrastructure etc.; and on various governance and exit disputes related to private equity investments. In addition to international arbitration, Mayuri regularly represents Indian and global corporates in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations and related court proceedings before Indian Courts.

Prior to Anagram Partners, Mayuri was a Partner in Khaitan & Co and Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. She also has institutional experience having worked at SIAC’s Secretariat in Singapore.

She is actively involved in teaching commitments and is often engaged in speaking engagements at arbitration conferences.
