Manoj has over 5 years of experience in the General Corporate – M&A practice and has advised clients on domestic and cross-border transactions. His experience spans across industries, including health, natural resources and engineering sectors. He has also advised listed companies in relation to their regulatory compliances under corporate and securities laws. Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Manoj was associated with Gagrats, Advocates & Solicitors, Mumbai.

In his free time, Manoj likes to watch and play cricket. He also enjoys and is passionate about cooking.
