About Jagdish Kaisare

Jagdish has over four years of experience in advising private equity funds, venture capital funds, promoters and corporations on complex corporate and transactional matters (including domestic and cross-border M&As, investment transactions, and joint ventures) and securities laws. He has experience working across sectors with a focus on education, healthcare, financial services and information technology.

Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Jagdish worked as a Senior Associate at Trilegal, Mumbai.
