About Dhruv Sethi
Dhruv has represented corporations and investors in institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations. He advises corporations and majority shareholders in commercial and corporate disputes in India and abroad. Dhruv has handled matters across industries including oil and gas, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), mining, foreign investment, consumer, retail, banking, and manufacturing. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals and other fora.
In his free time, Dhruv to play cricket or video games.
Representative Experience:
Represented a leading industrial conglomerate in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, arising out of the replacement of a former Executive Chairman.
Assisted in drafting a civil suit for specific performance of a family arrangement on behalf of a family member who is a part of the promoter group of one of the leading paint manufacturing companies in India.
Part of the legal team defending the subsidiary of a leading Indian multinational mining company, who is a successful resolution applicant in an insolvency proceeding against a leading Indian multinational conglomerate undergoing CIRP before NCLAT.
