Aditya has experience acting for the buy side and sell side on deals across sectors including financial services, retail, manufacturing, electric vehicles, SaaS and infrastructure.

Tufropes Private Limited: Advised Tufropes Private Limited and India Nets, both manufactures of synthetic ropes and nets, on their sale to Aimia Inc. and entities operated by Aimia Inc.
Investcorp: Advised on their INR 10 billion proposed acquisition of the digital technology business of the National Stock Exchange (NSE India).
Actis: Advised on their acquisition of 2 operational Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) road projects (operated by Patel Vadodara Kim Expressway Private Limited and Patel Darah Jhalawar Highway Private Limited) from Patel Infrastructure Limited.
Everstone: Advised on the sale of its 29.5% stake in S.J.S Enterprises Limited, a company listed on the stock exchanges in India and engaged in the business of providing design-to-delivery aesthetics solutions.
Metro Brands Limited: Advised on their acquisition of Cravatex Brands Limited, a retailer operating franchisee stores of Fila and Vans in India.
Browserstack Limited: Advised on their acquisition of Embold Technologies GmbH, a static code analysis platform.
Ultraviolette Automotive Private Limited: Advised an EV startup, on their Series D investment round which was led by Exor Capital and included Qualcomm Ventures.
