About Kavya Nagamangala​

Kavya advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters across a wide range of sectors. She has experience acting for both buy-side and sell-side clients, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, promoters, and corporations, on transactions across various industries including manufacturing, technology and financial services.​

Prior to joining Anagram Partners, Kavya worked as an Associate at Trilegal, Mumbai.

Outside of work, Kavya enjoys cooking, reading fiction, and attending live concerts​.
