The Arbitration Bar of India (ABI) was officially inaugurated on May 11 at a ceremony held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. Our Partner, Mayuri Tiwari was appointed to its Founding Committee as an Executive Committee Member.
The inauguration of the Arbitration Bar of India is a pivotal moment for the arbitration community in India and is a step forward towards positioning India as hub for arbitration excellence. ABI is envisioned as a professional association of Arbitration Practitioners dedicated to the advancement of arbitration as a preferred method of dispute resolution.
