Anagram Partners welcomes Faraz Khan as Partner

With over 12 years of experience, Faraz’s practice is centered around domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.

Faraz advises blue chip private equity funds, domestic and multinational companies and conglomerates on investment transactions, M&A, business transfers, joint ventures, divestments across diverse sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, energy and electric mobility. As part of his practice, he also advises on regulatory concerns and corporate governance issues arising under Indian companies and foreign exchange laws.

Faraz will be a key addition to the firm and will join us at our offices in Mumbai.
