He has also assisted in a range of insolvency, commercial, consumer and corporate litigation matters. Harsh regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals and other fora.
In his free time, Harsh likes to follow his passion for cooking, watch movies or go for a swim.

Researched around the group companies’ doctrine and assisted in the proceedings challenging the jurisdiction of an arbitral tribunal over a leading battery manufacturing listed company.
Researched and drafted of advisories on legality of online fantasy sports and online fantasy stock trading in India.
Representing a leading battery manufacturing listed company in an arbitration before the International Chambers of Commerce, in relation to disputes arising out of a credit facility.
Representing a leading medical device manufacturing company in a Civil Commercial Suit before the Delhi High Court in a dispute concerning issuance of shares by the said company.
Advised a leading Indian broadcasting company on the potential arbitration in relation to breach of Media Rights Sublicence Agreement by a European broadcasting company.
Represented a leading battery manufacturer in a Special Leave Petition before a constitution bench of the Supreme Court, in relation to the validity of the Group of Companies Doctrine in the Indian Jurisprudence.
Advised the shareholders of a leading NBFC on the removal of whole time director from the board of the company.
Advised and prepared advisory memos on the legality of online fantasy sports and online fantasy trading in India.
