Anagram advises SILA Real Estate Private Limited on its fundraise from Norwest

Anagram Partners advised SILA on an INR 300 crore investment by Norwest. This is Norwest’s second investment in the SILA Group entity, at a valuation of Rs 1,000 crore.

Founded in 2010, SILA is an Indian real estate platform offering integrated services across facility management, project management, and real estate advisory, with a growing focus on institutional-grade assets.

Anagram Partners acted as the legal advisor to SILA on this transaction.
