Anagram Partners advised electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ultraviolette on its $85 million fundraise, led by deep-tech venture capital fund Yali Capital and TDK Ventures, alongside the company’s existing and long-term investors.

Ultraviolette Automotive is an Indian electric vehicle company focused on designing and manufacturing high-performance electric motorcycles. Founded in Bengaluru, the company combines advanced engineering, technology and performance-led design to develop next-generation electric mobility solutions.

Founded in 2023, Yali Capital is an India-based deep-tech venture capital fund investing in technology-driven companies across sectors including AI, robotics, semiconductors, aerospace and smart manufacturing.

TDK Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of TDK Corporation, investing globally in early-stage technology companies across areas including mobility, energy, advanced materials, industrial technology and clean technology.
