Anagram Partners welcomes Anchal Dhir and Shubham Rastogi as Partners, together with a team comprising Varun Kannan (Senior Associate) and Swini Khara (Senior Associate) to our Corporate Practice.

Anchal, Shubham and the team bring extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, and general corporate transactions. Anchal has advised leading Indian companies, global corporations, financial investors, and promoter groups across sectors including financial services, consumer and retail, infrastructure and industrials, and healthcare. Her experience spans control acquisitions and exits, PIPE transactions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.

In addition, Anchal also brings deep expertise in corporate governance and regulatory advisory, including advising boards and listed companies on governance frameworks and engagements with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). She is recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ by Legal 500 for Corporate and M&A (2025) and as a ‘Notable Practitioner’ by IFLR1000 for M&A (2019–2025).

The team is known for its strong execution capability across corporate and commercial matters, combining responsiveness with a solutions-oriented approach and a clear understanding of client priorities across the lifecycle of a transaction.

Anagram’s approach to building a focused, high-quality corporate practice, anchored in disciplined execution and collaboration, resonates strongly with me. I look forward to working with the team to continue building a trusted corporate and transactional practice.
