Anagram advises Mensa Group on its reverse merger and domicile shift from Singapore to India.

Mensa Brands has received approval from National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a reverse merger and re-domiciliation to India from Singapore.

Mensa Brands is a technology-driven consumer brands platform that acquires and scales digital-first brands across fashion, beauty, FMCG, and home categories using e-commerce, data, and omnichannel capabilities.
