Sanjana is a counsel at the Firm’s Delhi office and has more than seven years of experience in advising clients on a broad range of transactional matters, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

She has an extensive experience in advising on cross-border transactions and foreign-owned companies on their operations and investments in India. Her transactional expertise is in diverse sectors, including consumer products, information technology, financial technology, manufacturing, and services sectors. Additionally, Sanjana frequently advises on corporate compliance related matters, including under the Indian corporate and exchange control laws.
