About Aman Gupta

Aman is a senior associate at the Firm’s Delhi office and has more than 5 years of experience in advising clients on a range of matters engaged in multiple sectors including manufacturing, technology, fintech and ecommerce, in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, private equity investment and corporate and commercial advisory.

He has experience in advising clients on domestic and cross border commercial transactions involving foreign exchange regulations perspective. He also assists clients with drafting and negotiating documentation, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, commercial agreements, service agreements, joint venture agreements and other similar documents
