Tanmaya has successfully advised a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, sovereign funds, private equity firms, and startups, on structuring, negotiating and executing transactions and navigating India’s complex regulatory framework. Her sectoral expertise spans technology, insurance, education, financial services, e-commerce, manufacturing, and FMCG retail.
