Harman has 15 years of experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate and commercial advisory.

Based in the Firm’s Delhi office, he has advised on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions and regularly assists Indian and foreign clients on complex contractual arrangements. His sectoral experience spans trading, consumer products, technology, energy and infrastructure, and hospitality. His practice includes regulatory advisory, corporate governance, compliance matters, inbound and outbound investments, shareholder disputes, consumer protection issues, oppression and mismanagement proceedings, e-commerce, and commercial contracts.
