About Yashvi Jain​

Yashvi is a recent law graduate focusing on corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She assists in due diligence, regulatory review, and drafting of transaction documents across sectors such as banking and finance, aviation, and consumer businesses. She contributes at various stages of execution and compliance in domestic and cross-border deals.​

Outside of work, Yashvi spends her time going for runs, reading biographies, and sketching.​
