Avenue Capital Group and MAVCO Investments consortium have signed a definitive agreement to
acquire hubergroup.

Avenue Capital Group is a global investment firm founded in 1995. The firm is primarily focused on
specialty lending, opportunistic credit and other special situations investments in the United States,
Europe and Asia.

MAVCO Investments is a private investment firm of the Murugappa family, focused on strategic, long-
term investments across diverse sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, and financial services.

The team was led by our Partners, Rajesh Simhan, Simone Reis, Rohan Batra, Faraz Khan and comprised
