Being a year-old corporate lawyer, Rajni has assisted the team on complex M&A transactions, as well as general corporate matters, including private equity, securities law compliance, and contract negotiations. She has represented a diverse group of clients across various sectors including financial services, SaaS and manufacturing and retail.
Outside of work, Rajni can be found experimenting with coffee concoctions or with a fictional novel in her hand.

Advised in the acquisition of the apparel business of Matrix Clothing Private Limited in a combined cash and stock swap deal.
